All the meats, sausages, and hams you'll find on the breakfast buffet come from Can Raliu in Jafre.
The grand father Josep Bonany, whose job was to slaughter the pigs door to door in the farms all around, finally end up opening his own butcher's shop in Jafre in 1947.
Later, his daughter Vicenta took over and today, since 1979, Josep is in charge. He expanded the enterprise, opening a shop in La Bisbal d'Emporda 20 years ago.
Therefore, Josep and his team supply us the white and black puddings, sausages and over all, the Empordan's Sweet sausage who just receive its "original denomination" certificate!!!
